I just received my Pallete 3 Pro. Why, being a resident of Canada, am I paying $140.08 customs for something where the company is based out of Canada? So much for that pre-order discount that I jumped in on.

Hi Raymond, apologies for any confusion. While our offices are located in Toronto, our fulfillment centre for North American orders is located in MA, USA. However, if you were charged for sales tax at customs, we can definitely refund the sales tax from your original order. Please reach out to use at support@mosaicmfg.com if that has occurred to you.
