Repair failed after 12 hours

I think I got a lemon instead of a Palette 3 Pro.

About 3 weeks ago I sent my palette in for repairs after my input 4 quit working. They said I had a broken screw on the cam shaft that they fixed and sent it back to me. I received it yesterday and the screw was still loose and visibly popped up through the plastic frame. I figured this was normal since they sent it back that way. So I set up a print to test the fix. The print usually takes about 24 hours. Halfway thru the print, you guessed it. Input 4 quit working again. you can see the screw popped up through the frame. It would not even fully retract the filament. I just sent an email to Hanna and included pictures and a video. How do we keep the screws inside the CAM.
