HI. I bought a Palette 2S and I printed 3 projects. Now when I load filiment in input1 it feeds it without stopping. I reset the Palette and also did the newest firmware upgrade but it does not work. If I go to calibration and it ask for first input it feeds it non stop. Please help!!!

Hi Freddy, thanks for bringing this to our attention. This may be an issue with the homing switch, try going to Settings > About > Next >Next to see if the switches are responding properly

Hi. I found that the homing switch is broken. How can this be after 3 prints?. If i touch it it says pressed but it is too short to pick up the filament. Where do I get another board?. This machine is not even 6 months old and was in the box until 2 weeks ago when I decided to set it up. After the the keyring downloaded and printed from Thingiverse it stopped working. And the keyring printed fine. Splice count only 93 and filament used 9m.
