Can you please give a shipping status update

Can you please give a shipping status update for those of us waiting patiently for the slow boat from China to deliver out P3s?

Ordered and paid for last April. Delivery originally supposed to be August (I think), then delayed to November, then delayed to January. We’re into January now so I hope there’s not going to be another delay.

Hi @dadmin2, we apologize for the shipping delays as we moved into the new year. Our most recent update notes that shipments are expected to land at the ports very soon, before heading to our warehouses.

Currently, our ocean freight shipments are expected to arrive in our warehouses by these dates:

US/Canada: Jan 22

EU/International: Jan 30

Once the units are processed, orders will be fulfilled and you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking information for the package. If you have further questions or concerns regarding your order I’m happy to address them here.

@aordono, Once the units arrive at your warehouses, will they be shipped directly to customers if we ordered them through a distributor? Or will they be shipped to the distributor and then sent to the customer? (I ordered mine through a Canadian seller and not Mosaic Manufacturing directly) Thanks!

Hi @oklyboy101, in most cases we'll be shipping them directly to customers even if it was purchased through a Canadian reseller. We can double check for you if you can provide which reseller you purchased with, and the contact name for the order (adalyn@mosaicmfg.com)

@mosaicsupport Are you able to share if Voxel Factory in Canada has received/picked up their P3P units? And if not, would you be able to provide an anticipated date for them to receive their units?

Hey Adam, we just filled in some customs paperwork for them, so I expect that they should receive it by the end of the week.

For sure. The least we can do is be patient. I'm just very excited to get it. Ordered mine on release day back in April and the delay messaging came very far in advance before the anticipated delivery dates. Now with the closest date of when @mosaicsupport anticipated to receive the units has past, it would be awesome to receive another update if they know of any additional delays.

Hey Adam, we've received word that both the US and EU shipments have arrived at the port. We're now working to get them through customs and into our warehouses, then will have them shipped as soon as possible.

Great song! Apologies for the delay as the goods are currently at the port being processed through customs. We are planning to provide an update once units have cleared and on the way to our warehouse, which should be in the next few days.

Hey Mike, the shipments have arrived at the ports and are currently in the customs clearance process. Once cleared, they'll be transported to our warehouses and prepared to ship to customers. E-mail notifications containing the tracking info will be sent once units are ready to ship.

@mosaicsupport or anyone on this thread, has everyone in North America received their units so far? There’s been no news from the Canadian re-seller I ordered my unit from and when I contacted them late last week, the information I’ve received from the re-seller and Mosaic is differing. Just been tough to have a clear understanding for when I can have the unit in my hands. Many thanks

@oklyboy101 Yes, many NA users have received their units already as shown on our FB page (mm3d.co/fb). I know that it can sometimes take a few days for the goods to clear customs at the border, but your reseller should be receiving them very soon if they haven't already.

Jan 31 to Feb 9: The tumbling tumbleweeds gracefully bounce across the desert. A few days, a few months, the dry desert sands will 3d print a multi color flower before I do.

Just to avoid Europeans getting too excited, 'most people' refers to North Americans. The European shipment still seems to be stuck in customs according to the Facebook post.

Yes, the customers you've seen posting about receiving their units are based in North America. The shipment going to our EU warehouse is still in customs but we will provide an update as soon as it passes customs!

Even your country will get yours well before us in NZ.

I can't believe they have not shown us proof of all the problems they have had.... eg bad molding and issues with shipping.... we order so much stuff out of China and we have never had any issues.

This general email irritates me more than anything else, it's not a discovery, the order is 6 months old. Anyway, let's wait...

Time to call your lawyer, mosaic is showing it's true colors.. This company looks like it will be Appling for bankruptcy any day now !!!!

You need to ask others if they want to start a class action case against this fraudulent company.

Apologies for any confusion, but this was for P3 models specifically. We currently have P3P units in stock and have fulfilled all of our NA orders. The non-NA international orders are at the warehouse and are being fulfilled this week.

The week has ended and I've not seen any shipping information yet and my order is still showing as pending . Have any other Europeans received their shipping information yet?

Dear Mosaic

Do you have a webcam in the warehouse so that we can see what’s happening?

At the start of last week you told us that we’d get our tracking numbers by the end of last week. The end of the week came but no tracking number arrived.

3 days ago Hana said that my order was being processed by the warehouse and that I’d get my tracking number by the end of this week. Assuming the warehouse works 9-5 Monday-Friday then it looks like I’m not getting my tracking number this week.

You keep on using words like ‘very soon’, ‘shortly’, ‘end of the week’ but there still seem to be more delays all the time. Can you please tell us when all outstanding orders be shipped and then if that date slips explain to us what’s causing the additional delay.

yes it's frustrating but just be patient, it will get to you, my first model took nearly 8 months to arrive due to the ships at the Docks being held up for Covid.

the world is a crappy place right now, you will get your device.

Thank you for your condescending reply. Yes, I know there's a war in Ukraine and I hope that it ends ASAP without further loss of life. My Ukrainian sister-in-law (who isn't in the war zone) seems to be carrying on with life as much as normal as possible so I'm taking my lead from her.

Mosaic haven't said anything about delays due to the war and it's difficult to see why the war should be unduly affecting a warehouse in Holland dispatching items, and the fact that some deliveries seem to be taking place seems to confirm that thought. So I'm not sure why you're making excuses on Mosaic's behalf which you don't seem to have any proof of.

I'm trying to be patient but Mosaic are regularly setting our expectations about delivery but those expectations don't seem to be met. If they are prepared to offer a reasonable explanation of why things are taking so long then I'm pragmatic enough to accept that. They haven't offered any explanation yet but still offer what appear to be over-optimistic delivery estimates.

Stop being an over dramatic princess, once Mosaic sends the device it's out of their control to tell you where it is or how long it'll be but you seem to fail at realising this fact.

Grow up and either be patient or just cancel your order and go elsewhere.....it's so simple isn't it.

I think you're missing the point...Mosaic haven't sent the device yet. It's still in their delivery process. They keep on promising shipment details week by week but nothing seems to happen. Those of us still waiting would like to know why it's taking so long.

Of course you don't care because you've already got your device.

No my work has theirs.....i'm still waiting for mine and guess what....mine still says "in delivery process" and i have a tracking number, UPS said it was going to be at my door a week ago but it's kinda out of their control because half of the delivery personal have covid or are quarrantined.

Patience is a virtue in 2022 because nothing will ever arrive fast again.

Hi all , I’ve enjoyed reading your post and I’ve been just as frustrated as you guys as well.

but all is looking up , I’m in the UK and I purchased my P3P in December through 3D Jake and they have been excellent with communication and delay update .

On Monday I received a dispatched email from the supplier and checked the tracking number with UPS, they have it and it will be delivered to me this Friday 18th .

Hopefully this will help and you will all get yours soon.

Wonderful I ordered in April last year, live in Germany and just got told by support that non-EU orders will be delayed 1-2 weeks. When told that I do in fact live inside the EU the answer I got was yet again next week.

I begin to wonder how many more times we get to hear next week.

Whilst I cannot speak for those who pre-ordered last year, the reseller we ordered from suggested end-March is the UK’s new shipping date.

However, given the silicon shortage plaguing manufacturers right now, this may change again.
