How could I restart the calibration test print?
With my second splice I´ve got an error. So i removed the short, well spliced PLA from the Palette 3 pro - But how could I restart now the Calibration Print (Keychain?)
Is this a good question?

What is your printer ? What are your settings ?

I ment my current calibration print will finish in 8 minutes and it looks good and will be a success!

Just updated mine during the unboxing process and same thing it skipped the whole calibration and now i cant find out how to restart it.
@element3designs I'll be more than glad to help. In order to print the test keychain, you must set up a printer profile in our slicer software Canvas. Here (Getting Started with CANVAS) are instructions on how to create a new printer profile, and you can add your Palette 3 as a device using the 'Add Device' button. From there you will be prompted to print the calibration keychain. Additionally, you can also find the Mosaic Calibration Keychain here (mm3d.co/keychain) to download and upload to Canvas. Hope this helps!

Hey Stefan, great to hear that you were able to restart the calibration! Let us know if you run into any other issues.

So people need to factory reset??? is this acceptable?

No, you just clear the build plate and restart the print. Same process as if a print fails without a Pallet, only arguable additional step is to clear the Pallet output, which I'm pretty sure the device suggests when canceling the print.
