Any way to make the Palette 3 less noisy?

I got my Palette 3 a few days ago and the prints I did with it are really incredible.
But it’s soooo loud, it’s almost unusable. The fan inside seems to be running at 100% speed at all times except when it’s fusing filament, it’s like constantly running a hairdryer.
And the noise it does when back feeding the filament is so loud you can hear it throughout the entire house.
Compared to my Prusa Mk3 it’s probably more than 10x louder.

Realistically I will only be able to do print while I’m out of the house and printing overnight won’t be possible at all because of the noise levels.

Is there any way to turn the noise down?
Is it supposed to be this loud? Am I doing something wrong with the machine?
I really love the results I got so far when printing at it would be a shame if I could only use it for small prints that don’t take any time.

The fans are definitely loud. The cams moving is also loud. I’d love for a setting to slow it down and significantly quiet it down. I spent a lot of time and effort making my printer quiet… Now I have a noisemaker!

The fans must be those super loud rackmount server fans.
