Prusa MK3S keeps asking for manual filament change.

I’ve got a new Mosaic Palette 3 Pro and I’m trying to get it to print with my Prusa MK3S through Canvas, but it seems as if the Prusa still expects me to manually change filaments. It keeps interrupting the print to change filament even though with the Palette it shouldn’t be necessary. The Palette itself seems to be working fine so I think the problem is with the printer, but how do I make the printer play nice with the Palette?

I think I figured it out. Turning off the Prusa’s filament sensor seems to have solved the problem.

I also had problems with filament loading on Prusa MK3S (with Bondtech Mosquito extruder). In my case disabling filament autoloading feature in Prusa printer settings helped (there was no need to disable the sensor).
