Any chance I can get someone from customer service to answer my email?

I am having a rather disappointing experience with the 2 palette3 pros ive purchased. Would love if someone could dedicate a bit of time to answer my email and help me get it sorted out.

Unfortunately they shoved out this product before it was ready. The chip shortage is to blame for the delays, not them trying to improve it. For what they sell these units for, we should be able to get phone support and live chat support. Instead we spend several hundreds to get 1990s forum support.
