My Prusa MK3 make somethimes a break when he prints with Canvas Slicer

When i sliced with Canvas my Prusa MK3 makes somethimes a break and after 3-8 sec he continue the Print.

When i print big multicolor parts the times waste is many minutes at the end with this breaks …

How can i fix this, is there some settings ?

Hey @marcel15, it sounds like you need to run splice tuning with your filament to make sure you are getting strong splices. You can follow the instructions here (, and please make sure to carefully follow the last step of inputting splice settings on CANVAS.

From the context I think you are using “break” to mean “pause”. These pauses are inserted into the Gcode to allow the pallet to know when the printer has reached that part of the print. The Palette senses that the printer has stopped pulling filament for a few seconds and knows where it is in the print. This is called pinging and is part of how the Palette works. Please read the documentation about pinging; understanding it is important.
