connection issues with my Palette 2 pro and Canvas Hub

What’s wrong with my network (5GHz)?

My “getting started handbook” is telling me to make sure I’m on 2.4 GHz. Dos this means I have to return my equipment?

Hey @jzone1,

Most routers come with both bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), so you should be able to use your 2.4 GHz network to set up the Hub. However, the steps to change between these bands differs between models of routers. I found this article which could be helpful, but if you tell me the model and make of your router, I can try to find a more specific resource. Unfortunately, the Hub will not work on a 5 GHz network. You can still use Palette without the Hub in "accessory" mode (instructions here:, but the Hub does make the printing experience much better so I would recommend finding the 2.4 GHz network on your router.
