Palette 2s pro wont connect to

when creating a setup, canvas hub is connected, but palette 2s pro wont connect. error says it timed out. am i missing something. this started right after the 3.0.0 update and has been like this for awhile.

Hey Tony, did this timeout happen on Canvas, when adding Palette as a device, or on the Hub page (OctoPrint), when connecting to Palette?

Hey @vorchak, could you please follow the steps here to update your plugins and link your Canvas account via an activation code:


@alina I did try those instructions however they do not apply because my device was already connected to canvas and has been connected for a long time. It does not permit getting an activation code, as it is already activated.
