Canvas no upload option

My canvas hub say’s it is linked but my canvas doesn’t have a upload option and no connecteted devices. In the canvas hub i can’t manage accounts like i use to it gives me a 404 page not found

Hey @ryuukami, thanks for reaching out. Could you please tell us if you can access the Hub page (xxxx-ch-canvas-hub.local/), where xxxx is the serial number of your Hub? If you are getting a 404 error when trying to access this page, please try the steps under “connecting to canvas page” here.


Once you are able to access the page, please go back to Canvas and make sure that Palette is in “connected” mode and that the Hub is listed as one of your devices under “setups” (setups > double click setup > edit setup). You can find the full instructions for creating your setup here. This will make sure that you have a “send to device” option after you slice a project. Let us know if you have any questions or run into any issues.
