Help! Won't stop initializing palette...firmware is up to date.

When starting to print, it initializes the palette and continues to do so non stop, won’t move on to the next step. Continue belt moving. Firmware is up to date. Suggestions?

Hey @srtobiason, thanks for reaching out about this and sorry for the trouble. This issue is caused by a faulty homing switch. If you can send us your Palette receipt and your shipping address to support@mosaicmfg.com, we can send you a replacement switch as soon as possible.
