canvas not offering 'send to hub" after slice

it says it is connected, yet doesnt offer anything to send the files to palette or hub

I'm having the same issue. My Palette is in connected mode and everything in octoprint is also connected. It was working fine but now I only have the download option.

Hey Jimmy, could you double check the Hub is one of the devices in your setup (on Canvas -> menu -> setups)?

Yes it is showing up there and it says it is connected ( with hub).

Problem solved. Sorry I didn't read your first question closely. The hub was not connected, only the Palette. For some reason it worked before without the hub connected so I didn't realize I needed both devices in the setup...

Hey @makermarc, thanks for reaching out. Could you make sure that the Hub is part of your Setup (menu -> setups) and that Palette is in connected mode? You can find the full steps for setups here: mm3d.co/canvas-setups

I also have this issue. i already restart the setup but no luck.

Hey there, if you go to your setup -> double click it -> select edit setup, do you see your Hub listed as one of the devices? If not, can you go to "add device" and select the name of your Hub?

Hello Alina,

The Hub is listed in setup with connection mode: with hub

In Octoprint there is follow status: Connection Status: Connected to Canvas and account linked

But hub is displayed as offline in canvas under Setup > Devices
