Hey @ghislainthomas, thanks for reaching out about this. It looks like the splice is breaking. Could you run splice tuning with your filament (instructions here) and then input the splice settings on Canvas (step 4)? It looks like there are no splice settings associated with the current shared project.

Okay, that's great - could you share the Canvas project once more, but this time share the material profile with the associated splice settings (4,2,4) as well?

@alina this is new sharing link included with material profile.

Also when i'm testing with this model in one color it doesn't stops in the middle but the topsurface is not be printed now ? i'm multimaterial settings with one color. the print ends in this case but there is still pla and palette is not done yet. i have given the bowden lenght a extra 10mm but issue stays. Hey Ghislain, thanks for sending that over. For single colour projects, you would not need to apply a material profile, as splicing will not occur. But it looks like you need to increase the Bowden tube length even further on your printer profile (under the "Extruder" tab) - this will make sure the print finishes. You can over estimate this value, as all it does is add filament to the end of the print. Let me know if you continue to have trouble.
