Da Vinci Pro 3-in-1 no connection


I have the Da Vinci Pro and i am trying to connect the Canvas Hub with it, but i get “no working port/baudrate combination detected”. i used auto and manually tried every combo. Is there any way to connect or is it just not possible?

Hey @jeroenm, thanks for reaching out about this. Unfortunately, this printer is not listed as compatible with OctoPrint (likely due to custom firmware), which is needed for the Hub. However, this forum post here indicates it may be possible if you reflash firmware with Repetier. You can also use Palette without the Hub, in accessory mode.
