Not getting the send to setup button after I slice

Starting today when I slice my stl file I am not getting the send to setup button to send it to my hub. I seen there was an update to the hub so I did the update to see if that would fix the problem and it didn’t. I am connected to the palette and the printer any suggestions?

I just found it you have to go in and add the hub to the palette in canvas, then after you do that you can control everything threw canvas.

So readopt it? I'm mid print so can't test but it seems like the CANVAS update must have disassociated the hub

Hey @silver1882, thanks for reaching out about this. Please follow the steps here to make sure you are set up correctly with the new Canvas. If you are not seeing the “send to” button, please sure that Palette is connected mode and that the Hub is in your list of devices, with a green dot beside it, meaning it is online.

I have had this issue as well. I added the hub the new 'setups' way, the hub is active and connected via octo plugin ui- in canvas it shows offline and therefore will not send to device after a slice..

@coadesign Hey there, does your Hub have a green dot beside it when you go to "Devices"?

Alina, the updates on your end have locked our hubs out of even showing up. There’s no green dot because they aren’t even visible from Canvas3D.io
