Hey @johnsy, thanks for reaching out about this. In order for us to start troubleshooting, could you please tell me:

# Are you using a CANVAS Hub (S)?
# Can you test the health of all your switches by going to Settings -> About -> Next -> Next, and making sure that each switch says “Not Pressed” when there is no filament running through it, and “Pressed” when there is filament running through it? You can use Controls -> Motion for this step.

It also looks like your PPM is a little too high. This could be okay if it never caused you an issue in the past, so I’m just wondering if your previous PPM was around 40 as well?
