Hey @wpt7308, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble. Error 121 usually means there is a piece of filament stuck somewhere in the path, or the filament is wrapped around the buffer because no more buffer is being made. Could you let us know which of these happened, and if it happens continuously, or for a particular print? Thanks for your patience.

+Hey @fijibubba and @bronek, please make sure your print speed does not exceed 50 mm/s, and if you have a CANVAS Hub, please enable to the “slow down during splice” option ([http://mm3d.co/advanced|instructions here]). If the issue still persists, please remove the scroll/encoder wheel, clean it with rubbing alcohol, recalibrate SPC/PPM, reset Palette to factory defaults, and run the keychain once more.
