My palette 3 pro also freezes up from time to time, extruder just grinds away the filament as no new filament is fed and the palette 3 pro becomes unresponsive to any input. Only option is te hard reset by pulling the plug, restart the device, purge all filament and restart the print. I find this a very serious issue.
