Hi!
I have the same problem! I now had an email exchange with Snapmaker support. I was informed of the following Com-Port structure:

I also got the hint that Snapmaker doesn't know if the P3P has the right driver integrated.
"I am not sure if your Palette 3 has a CH340 driver, but our machine requires this so it can be recognized on your OS."

It must be possible to integrate the appropriate driver via update.
