I don’t understand this problem. USB connectivity is not new technology. USB connectivity to a 3D Printer from a Palette is not new. Plus, Mosaic advertises that P3 is compatible when it is not. Their “workaround” is not a viable one. We are supposed to reset the entire printer each time we connect it? Then we have to go through the calibration all over again every time?

@hana Could you please give us more information on this? What is the problem exactly? What is being done? Is this even a priority for engineering? When Mosaic says “I don’t have a timeline for when this fix will happen,” it sends a message to the users that this is not a high priority and that your company will get around to addressing it some day.
