Hey @jeffreybernath, thanks for reaching out about this. Let’s try to update the firmware on your PC. It sounds like you got past the “Access Denied” error, as you were able to flash the screen board - is that correct? Please make sure to close all other other programs that have serial communications (i.e. Arduino) and disconnect any other devices using USB ports, then try turning off your computer and Palette, connecting Palette to your computer, and then turning your computer back on. Launch the updater (make sure it’s the latest updater [http://mm3d.co/firmware|found here]), and flash the boards individually as you did in step 5, but please make sure to flash the main board first. If you are unsuccessful, please let me know what error you see during the update. Thanks for your patience![br]
