I would like to know for what reason was my order cancelled. I even called my bank and they said everything is ok. It’s not my fault, it’s your system. I have no problems with filaments.ca,3dprintingcanada, spool3d, and then I come to another Canadian store that is selling in Canada for US dollars and my order is dumped. Before cancelling an order could you at least make a phone call to make sure the order is valid and explain what is wrong ? Let’s hope your palette 3 is not such a horror story compared to Palette 2 there was quite a few nasty topics. Your support person Hana Sutharsan is unbelievable doesn’t matter what I did she just replied to my first email and then I was completely ignored.
