Hi,

OK, Adalyn from tech support showed me the error of my ways and how to add the Palette to my setup.   I can now see all 4 colors.

My confusion was because I named my hub as Palette 2S Pro, and assumed that was the Palette.   I needed to still click on add device and add it to the setup, so there are three items linked, the printer, hub, and Palette.
